Solar Sound interprets the bioacoustic variations in the Vall de Gallinera, Alicante. I is a sourround sound installation with 4 different audio sources located at strategic points of a route in order to create a spatialized listening experience. This project is based on the theory of ecological niches, considering how specific environmental and temporal factors shape acoustic activity.
Solar Sound was made for Enclave Land Art Residency. Performanced at the Centro del Carmen Cultura Contemporanea in Valencia, Spain.
